Lecture series “Towards open educational processes and practices” during Open Education Week

During the Open Education Week the Open University of the Netherlands is offering a series of online lectures, presentations and expert discussions. The week is supported by the Netherlands National Commission for UNESCO and will deal with current challenges for open education research and practice.  The week will begin with a general introduction on open education, continued by a number of research presentations of current challenges for MOOCs. On Wednesday we will focus during an expert discussion on the topic of “the borders of instructional design?”. The Thursday will be the only day offered in Dutch dealing with (inter-) national policy making about open education and sustainable development. Friday we will focus on the organisational aspect of open education in the light of strategies and quality approaches. Besides a one hour live-session there will be background literature and options to exchange  ideas with other participants. You can enrol for the lecture series on this page.
